This Privacy Policy describes how DiamondEdge ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services.
Information We Collect
- Account information such as email address and authentication identifiers.
- Usage data including pages viewed, features used, and saved picks.
- Device and log data such as IP address, browser type, and timestamps.
- If you turn on notifications in the iPhone app, a push token for your device and the alert types you chose. We do not collect contacts, location, or photos.
- Purchase records (plan, status, renewal date). Card details are handled by Stripe on the web and by Apple in the iPhone app; we never see or store them.
- If you link your Discord account, your Discord user id and username. We use them only to add or remove the Pro role in the DiamondEdge Discord server. Unlinking, or deleting your account, deletes them.
How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain, and improve DiamondEdge features.
- To personalize prop research and analytics for your account.
- To communicate updates, security notices, and support responses.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for cross-app advertising or tracking. We share only what each service provider needs to run DiamondEdge:
- Supabase: database, sign-in, and our own first-party usage analytics.
- Lovable: website hosting and delivery of account and digest emails.
- Stripe: web subscription checkout and billing.
- Apple and RevenueCat: iPhone app subscriptions and receipt checks.
- Apple Push Notification service: delivering the alerts you turn on.
- Discord: only if you link your account, to manage your Pro role in our Discord server.
Your Choices
- Turn off notifications any time in the app's Settings or in iOS Settings.
- Unsubscribe from the daily digest with the link in any digest email.
- Delete your account from Settings in the app or on the web. Deletion removes your profile, saved picks, slips, followed players, and digest settings, and unlinks your notification devices from your account. Records we must keep for billing or tax purposes are retained only as long as the law requires.
- You may also request access, correction, or deletion by contacting support.
Children
DiamondEdge is intended for adults 21 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
