Eligibility
You must be 21 or older (18 or older where that is the legal age) to use DiamondEdge, and legally able to enter this agreement.
Use of the Service
- DiamondEdge provides analytics and research for informational purposes only.
- You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- You may not scrape, resell, or misuse the service or its data.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account.
Subscriptions and cancellation
- DiamondEdge Pro has no free trial. You are billed when you subscribe. Website subscriptions bill $19.99/month (monthly plan) or $149.99/year (yearly plan) unless canceled; App Store subscriptions are billed by Apple at the price shown in the app and are managed in your Apple ID settings. Members who started a free trial before it was retired keep it until it ends.
- Subscriptions renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until canceled. Cancel a website subscription at any time from the Billing page, or an App Store subscription in your Apple ID settings; Pro access remains until the end of the current period. Purchases made through the App Store are refunded through Apple.
- Complimentary Pro access granted by DiamondEdge is separate from a paid subscription and may be changed or ended at our discretion.
No Warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise any betting outcome, accuracy, or availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DiamondEdge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
